HTTP connection handler base class for use with the SelectListener
Fiber based HTTP server base class, derived from IFiberConnectionHandler.
To build a HTTP server, create a HttpConnectionHandler subclass which
implements handleRequest() and use that subclass as connection handler in
the SelectListener.
