Parameters

address sockaddr*: The address of the socket.
socket ISocket: The server socket.
collector_registry CollectorRegistry: The CollectorRegistry instance, containing references to the collection callbacks.
epoll EpollSelectDispatcher: The EpollSelectDispatcher instance to use in response handler(s).
stack_size size_t: The fiber stack size to use. Defaults to HttpConnectionHandler.default_stack_size.
