decode

decodes an ASCII hex string and returns it as ubyte[] data. Pre-allocates the size of the array.

This decoder will ignore non-hex characters. So: SGVsbG8sIGhvd yBhcmUgeW91IH RvZGF5Pw==

Is valid.
