Constructor

Uses the default request message parser/response generator settings. That means, the request parser will be set up for request methods without a message body, such as GET or HEAD (in contrast to POST or PUT which have a message body).

Parameters

dispatcher EpollSelectDispatcher: select dispatcher instance to register to
finalizer FinalizeDg: called when the connection is shut down (optional, may be null)
stack_size size_t: fiber stack size, use HttpConnectionHandler.default_stack_size for the default value
supported_methods HttpMethod[]: list of supported HTTP methods
